Overview
Are you a new teacher and want to explore Vinyasa teaching at a greater depth?
Are you an experienced teacher finding yourself teaching the same thing over and over again?
This 40 hour teacher training is for qualified yoga teachers looking to add some intrigue to their classes: to dive into creativity and integrate the four archetypal forces of creation to your own classes. This process of learning includes asana, meditation, mudra, pranayam & how to set the scene bowing down to EARTH, WATER, FIRE and AIR.
How can we create a full bodied experience when teaching, far beyond asana?

Faye Baldwin
Head Facilitator
Faye (Wildest Yoga) is currently based in Copenhagen teaching in a handful of studios as well as online. Half Singaporean, a large portion of her time each year is spent traveling around the world , exploring new places on small budgets and diving in to the local cultures.
Expect laughs & bliss in her light-hearted yoga classes, where she will help you to find the internal and external balance of sweetness and intensity. Here we expand together and illuminate as one. Her offerings weaves together her various trainings in Vinyasa, Ashtanga, Rocket, Mandala vinyasa, Ceremony holding and Embodied Yin.
She is most passionate about blending creative vinyasa teamed with delicious music, and sharing knowledge of ceremony, sound and mantra. Finding yoga first through meditation at the age of 16, Faye is dedicated to offering work on both the inner as well as the outer Self.
Hello you. My name is Isabella and I am a Danish yoga teacher based in Aarhus, Jutland. As a former martial arts performer, I have major respect for all abilities and limitations of both body and mind. Yoga drew me deeper into self awareness, spirituality as well as inner growth and reflection.
My own yoga practice is mostly about allowing myself time and space to focus on my body, breath and state of mind. To work on my goals and challenges in a space without judgement and negativity, but with acceptance and joy from a humble mindset. When I teach, I prefer to link my classes with the traditional yoga philosophy as well as clear anatomical cueing. But there will always be room for your individual practice, no matter your prior experience.
3 Hour Chakra Workshop
Let vibrations travel from the depths of your core self to the exterior of your bodily person. In a liquid movement flow from root to crown, we will acknowledge the deeper layers of our presence and recognise our individual journeys.
This short movement practice will be followed by a more in depth chakra theory class, offering knowledge on each of the 7 spinal chakras. The theory behind Chakras and symbolism for human emotion and relations has broadened my perspective and opened my mind to what currently is. My yoga practice is more than often inspired by Chakra symbolism and their connected natural elements. This allows for a in depth and balanced practice as well as a combination of movement in body and mind.
After basic knowledge of the Chakras is established, we will dive into how to use the learned information as a way to reflect on current truths and in the relationships we form and attract with friends, family and partners. Growing in the way we perceive our relationships can help understand the emotional patterns and addictions connected to the people we have in our lives.
We will end with a short journaling session for you to create a dimension of further self realisation. This will also be a time to set your new knowledge into your current life situation and perspective. Let the vibrations wash over your system and allow yourself to immerse with your inner true and happy self.
